The MVBC Women's ministry seeks to Reach, Encourage, Support, and Connect ladies through all seasons and all stages of their life.
Prayer Ministry
"If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14.
The ladies prayer ministry meets twice a month to pray for our church, nation, and families. Transform your prayer life with "worship based, scripture fed, scripture led prayer." If you have any questions please reach out to Cheryl Belcher.

Stitches of Love
"Stitches of Love" is a crochet and knitting ministry of MVBC that seeks to share God's love through crocheted and knitted items. We donate hats, scarves, and blankets to World Vision that are shipped to various places nationally and internationally including Maine and Hungary. Within MVBC we have knitted baby blankets, various gifts for the No Spouse in The House ministry, and Vacation Bible School gifts that were sent home with all kids that attended. Locally we donate baby blankets, chemo blankets, and hats to WakeMed and pregnancy centers multiple times a year.
This ministry is open to any ladies who are interested in learning more or those with experience. If you have any questions please reach out to Kathy Hancock.
